Overseas import taxes
When you make a purchase with Mahsa you are liable for all Duties and Taxes on your order. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Orders placed in New Zealand will not incur any duties or taxes.




Missing Parcels
It is important you fill in your correct address when ordering. Mahsa cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Please email us if your garment does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame. Our next step will be to lodge an enquiry for you with the relevant postal service. The postal service will then get in contact with you with an update. The whole process can take up to 2 months. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present as our courier does not require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a secure daytime delivery address.




Returns
Mahsa pieces are made to be loved and worn for many years. If you feel your order is not quite right, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving it to choose a store credit or refund. Full-price items may be exchanged for store credit or refund. Sale items, including full-priced items purchased under a temporary promotion, may be exchanged for store credit. Store credit is issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size or style online.

Return shipping costs
Shipping costs are set by an external company, so are non-refundable. If you decide to return an order, return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mahsa takes no responsibility for tracking your return.




Original condition
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.




Quality
